1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in IPLC EXPO 2026, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend the event.

2. Registration and Admission

All attendees, exhibitors, and media must be registered. We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by the organizers to be disorderly, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Exhibitor Obligations

Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and setup/teardown schedules. Space allocations are final and subject to the specific terms outlined in the Exhibitor Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the organizers, including but not limited to branding, logos, directories, and schedules, are the property of IPLC EXPO. Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or reproduction of sessions is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

IPLC EXPO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the event, including but not limited to loss of property, business interruptions, or personal injury.
